Urgent!!!! Anyone's help would be acceptable.?

I have a metro pcs freeform 2 and i was wondering if there is any way i could hook it up to my laptop using a usb cord, and using it as a webcam. Anyone please answer asap! 10 points for any help(: thanks in advance.
