Genius F610 tablet not working?

I got my tablet for Christmas in 2009, and when I first used it, it worked fine. It came with a disk to download Macro Key Manager and other stuff that I didn't think I needed. However, when I tried to use it a few months later, it didn't work. This was after that laptop got the hard-drive wiped. Now, we have a new laptop, and I tried it last night. I plugged in the USB cord, installed the tablet drive, and said it was ready for use. The blue light in the corner of the tablet keeps blinking, and it doesn't respond to any touches. Is there any way I can fix this?
