Gripe water..any idea?

My 1 month daughter is screaming since sh was born. Ped. said that it was because of gas , she is formula feeding and every time after feeding she burps normal and than starts screaming for 3-4 hours. I think she has colic. The problem is she drinks 120 ml for 8-10 min. She smallest bottle for newborn AVENT that is anti colic but doesn`t help. Today I ordered Gripe Water from England in Z�rich. does anyone has idea if that will help or not?
