I was updating my phone and it froze ???? help!?

so i was going to add music to my samsung reality but a pop up came up to do a software upgrade and i said y not...so then while it was upgrading i sat down and moved the cord a bit and then it froze...now when you turn it on it has the same frozen screen thats mixed with the verizon sign from wen u turn it on..i tried taking out the battery and it's still the same
