Give it up! GO ON TO WORK! They are "on to you" and to stay home again, will get you fired! CERTAINLY, not earn you any bonuses, or points! I'd think that since you "got griped out", you'd go on. The evidence of a slightly swollen cheek will reinforce your call as being honest! AND maybe win you a few points.--Otherwise, start looking for another job!
